The “Karaté Club Donges” (KCD) is a Dongeoise amateur Karate association.

Created in 1985 by Michel Chevalier, this association offers Karate lessons for adults and children.

Adults lessons (beginner level) of black belts are assured by Zouhir Cherifi black belt 5th dan, state diploma.

Children lessons are divided in 2 levels:

• children lessons level 1, or Baby Karaté for beginners from 5 to 7 years old;

• children lessons level 2 for children from 7 to 12 years old.

Children lessons are assured by Nicolas Periou black belt 2nd DAN graduate DAF (Diploma of Federal Animator), Cedric Boni black belt 1st DAN graduated DAF and attended by Sabrina Lévy black belt 2nd DAN graduated AFA (Federal Certificate Wizard).

The club regularly accompanies licensiees during the different departmental or regional competitions. But he's not only oriented on the competition; the licensiees practice this martial art for the sensations it gives,the control of the body and mind, the respect of the adversary, the determination and the envy to do well.

Trainings

Children Level 1: Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Children Level 2: Monday 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Teens / Adults: Monday from 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. and Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
